We're happy to support shipping throughout Asia Pacific: please scroll down for details. Products will typically be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that orders are being shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse. As such, shipping timelines follow Hong Kong’s working days/calendar

Domestic Shipping to HK/Macau

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping for orders of HKD 400 or above
  • HKD 30 for orders below HKD 400 and less than 5Kg
  • HKD 65 for orders over 5Kg and below 8Kg
  • HKD 350 for orders over 8Kg and up to 12Kg
  • Self-Pick Up = Free (available soon)

    Shipping cost will also be indicated during check out. All toll fees, parking fees and gate charges (if any) will be borne by the customer. Additional charges may apply.

    For shipments that are not delivered successfully due to the provision of wrong addresses, the customer is responsible for shipping charges for both the first and thereafter delivery attempts.

    Delivery Time

    Delivery time is an estimate only and may vary due to unforeseeable circumstances.

    Under normal circumstances, it takes 1-2 business days for delivery and for remote areas, outlying islands or Macau it may take up to 2-4 business days.

    Sports Lab Asia Limited delivers to all the regions & outlying islands in Hong Kong and Macau via Hong Kong Post or SF Express. Most parcels will be delivered to the addressee’s premises.

    For parcels addressed on the outlying islands in Hong Kong, they must be collected from Hong Kong Post by the addressee. Click on the following link to know the post office addresses of the outlying islands in Hong Kong:

    For P.R. China orders, the customer needs to provide a copy of his Resident ID/Passport copy by email after the confirmation of the order.

    Delivery Time

    Delivery time is an estimate only and may vary due to unforeseeable circumstances.

    Under normal circumstances, it takes 4-14 business days for delivery to most destinations, following Hong Kong’s working days/calendar.

    We ship via FedEx, UPS or Hong Kong Post for majority of the destinations.
    An email with a link to track the parcels is usually sent within 1-2 business days after order is placed. It may sometime takes up to 2-3 days before the carrier’s website starts showing the shipping information and updates.

    Please note that in certain cases we are not able to ship nutrition products (Gels, Bars, Electrolytes & Supplements) and liquids products due to prohibitions & restrictions imposed by the carriers or the destination country's customs controls. In these cases, we will refund your payment for the entire order or for the products the carrier is unable to ship: we will contact you to understand your preference.

    We are not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply at Customs in your country. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office before placing an order, as we will ship any products upon the order is placed and ship it to the address you provide.

    We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship your order to the exact address that you provide. Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an international order, and errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection.

    If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. The vast majority of orders make it through customs without any problems, and most orders that are stopped are automatically returned to us. You may be responsible for any return shipping charges, in accordance with your local regulations.

    To avoid a delay in receiving your order from customs, you have to provide a phone number where you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. This phone number will be listed on the commercial invoice so Customs can reach you to clear your order.

    Please do not refuse a shipment or ignore requests from mail carrier and/or Courier Company regarding duty and/or tax liability charges. Be aware that most carriers will hold a shipment for only up to 4 - 5 days after arrival in your country before they return it to the sender.
